Prosetup Events was founded in Mumbai with a simple observation: most events fail not because of bad ideas, but because of poor execution — a missed vendor handoff, a late AV feed, a stage that looks different on the day than it did in the design deck. We built Prosetup Events to treat execution as the actual product, not an afterthought to creative concepts.
Since then, we have grown into a full-service event management company in India, working across corporate events, government and institutional programs, conferences and seminars, product launches, brand activations, MICE and offsite programs, and exhibitions. Our clients include corporate HR and marketing teams, founders, government departments, PSUs, educational institutions and industry associations across Mumbai and cities nationwide.
